At The Mogra, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every saree you purchase is of the highest quality and meets your expectations.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Damaged product on arrival
- Incorrect product delivered
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Size or color dissatisfaction (exact shades may vary slightly due to photography and lighting)
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@themogra.in with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item.
- Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.
- The product must be sent back in its original condition with tags and packaging.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us for specific requests.
6. Custom Orders
Customized sarees are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
